Refund Policy

Since every Pixel Ronin product is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We'll take care of it immediately.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct one right away.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please allow 3 additional business days before contacting us. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend your order.
