Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Production Time (Print-on-Demand Items) Desk mats, apparel, and phone cases are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. This applies to all Printify products.

These are estimates and do not include production time for print-on-demand items. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Multiple Items If your order includes both print-on-demand items (desk mats, apparel) and dropshipped accessories, items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Pixel Ronin is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated time-frame, please contact us at [your email] and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. Orders lost in transit will be reshipped at no additional cost.
