At Pixel Ronin, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. This means your item is created specifically for you after you place your order.

Production Time

All orders require 3–5 business days for production before shipping. This is not processing time — this is the time it takes to actually make your item.

Shipping Times

• United States: 5–8 business days after production
• International (including Costa Rica): 10–20 business days after production

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 USD.

Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders. We appreciate your patience.
